Refund Calculation

Your refund = Product price – 10% restocking fee – return shipping cost

Items We Cannot Accept for Returns

  • Items damaged by customer misuse
  • Items exposed to direct sunlight, moisture, extreme temperatures
  • Items with custom modifications
  • Items returned after 90 days (except for our 1-year quality guarantee)

  6. New item ships immediately after we receive your return

Exchange Costs

  • Processing fee: 10% of original product price
  • Return shipping: We provide label, cost deducted from any refund due
  • New item shipping: Cost calculated and charged separately
  • Price difference: If new item costs more, you pay the difference

Delivery Times

  • Production: 1-3 business days (made fresh when you order)
  • Shipping: 2-5 business days based on location
  • Express option: Available for faster delivery (cost calculated at checkout)

Free shipping applies to orders delivered to:

  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • Canada

Other destinations will incur shipping charges calculated at checkout.

Lost Orders During Transit

Standard Shipping

One-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our prints. If an artwork fades, discolors, or deteriorates under normal indoor conditions within one year from delivery, we’ll provide a free replacement.

  • Deterioration of materials under proper care

  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Improper framing or display
  • Exposure to direct sunlight, excessive moisture, or extreme temperatures
  • Environmental factors outside standard indoor conditions
  • Normal wear and tear
