How long does it take to produce and deliver my order?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping to the USA, Canada, Europe, and the UK is free. For other countries, costs are calculated at checkout.

For orders shipped within the EU, a 21% VAT is included in the displayed price. If you change your delivery address to a non-EU country, the VAT is removed from the price.
Our production facilities are located in the Netherlands and Latvia, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and fast delivery.

Every piece of art is handcrafted and made to order with precision and care. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the order volume, size of the artwork, and quantity ordered.

Larger or high-demand pieces may take slightly longer, but we prioritize quality over speed to ensure your art arrives flawless and ready to impress.

📦 Order Issues

What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?

Contact us at support[-at-]vervelush.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged product and packaging. Once verified, we will send a free replacement.

If you receive the incorrect item, email us at support[-at-]vervelush.com with a photo and order number. Once verified, we will ship the correct item at no cost to you.

If the courier has not updated tracking information, we will take the following action:

  • Standard Shipping: If there’s no courier update for 30 days, we will send a replacement at no cost.
  • Express Shipping: If there’s no update for 20 days, we will send a replacement at no cost.

We want you to love your art, but if you change your mind, we’ve made returns simple and fair. You can return your artwork within 90 days for an exchange or store credit—no questions asked.

We provide a prepaid return shipping label, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit. Just make sure the artwork is unused and in its original condition.

Unlike mass-produced items from giant corporations, every single piece of our wall art is made to order. We don’t pull products from a warehouse—we craft them just for you.

When an artwork is returned, we never resell it—instead, we donate it to charities, schools, and community centers to bring inspiration and joy to those in need. We absorb the cost of the artwork entirely, because we believe art should have a second life where it can make a difference.

However, our pieces are large and carefully framed, making return shipping expensive. As a small European family business, not a massive Chinese factory, we simply cannot absorb both the cost of the artwork and the shipping.

That’s why we ask for a fair balance—we’ll take the full loss on the artwork, and in return, we kindly ask that customers cover the return shipping fee.
