How quickly will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days! We create each artwork fresh when you order to ensure perfect quality. You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery takes 2-5 business days based on your location. We ship with premium carriers including FedEx and UPS, providing the best tracking and insurance available worldwide.

Need it faster? Our express shipping option gets your artwork to you even quicker—cost calculated at checkout.

You can track your order anytime on our Order Tracking page, or use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Yes. We ship worldwide. Free shipping is available to the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, and Canada. Shipping fees to other countries are calculated at checkout.

Our products are made in two facilities – one in Latvia, Europe and one in Texas, USA. We ship orders from either facility based on your location and other factors to ensure optimal delivery times and quality control.

📦 Order Issues

What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include photos of the packaging, shipping label, and item. Once verified, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

If it’s our mistake, we’ll fix it. Send us your order number and a photo—we’ll send the correct item free of charge.
  • Standard Shipping: No update after 30 days → we’ll replace it.
  • Exprss Shipping: No update after 20 days → we’ll replace it.

🔄 Returns & Guarantees

Can I return or exchange my artwork?

Yes! We now offer a 90-day return policy for any reason. Don’t love it? We’ll provide a prepaid return label—just pay return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

For exchanges, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a prepaid return label and ship your new piece right away.

Yes. Every artwork is covered by our 1-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee. If your piece fades, discolors, or deteriorates under normal indoor conditions within one year, we’ll replace it free of charge.

Excludes accidental damage, direct sunlight, moisture, or improper framing.

For optimal longevity:

  • Avoid hanging in direct sunlight
  • Maintain normal indoor humidity levels (40-60%)
  • Dust gently with a soft cloth
  • Avoid touching the canvas surface
  • For framed pieces, use glass cleaner on the acrylic front only (never on the canvas)

Yes, all displayed prices include VAT for customers in the European Union, as required by law.
