Return Policy
Made-to-Order Policy All VerVeLush artworks are custom-made upon order. Due to the personalized nature of our products and our made-to-order production model, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
When We Provide Replacements We will provide a free replacement in these situations:
- Damaged in transit
- Wrong size sent
- Wrong artwork sent
- Production/manufacturing defect
Monetary refunds are not issued under any circumstances – replacements only.
Replacement Process Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue (packaging, shipping label, artwork)
- Description of the problem
Upon verification, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
Not covered: accidental damage, direct sunlight exposure, excessive moisture, improper framing, normal wear and tear.
What We Cannot Accept
- Change of mind
- Size regret
- Minor color variations due to screen displays
- Style preferences
- Buyer’s remorse

- Standard Shipping: Replacement after 30 days
- Express Shipping: Replacement after 20 days
