By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), including all referenced policies. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access the website or use any services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VerVeLush.

2.1 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
2.2 You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our website, content, or services without express written permission from us.
2.3 We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time without obligation to notify you of any changes.
2.4 You acknowledge that your use of the website is at your own risk.
3. PRODUCTS & SERVICES
3.1 Product Descriptions: We strive to accurately describe our products, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
3.2 Made-to-Order: All prints are created upon purchase to ensure quality and reduce waste.
3.3 Product Variability: Colors, textures, and tones may vary slightly due to digital display differences and production processes. These minor variations are not considered defects.
3.4 Availability: All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued without notice.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
4.1 Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
4.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to verify payment information.
4.3 By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.
4.4 All prices displayed include VAT for customers in the European Union, as required by law.
5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & FULFILLMENT
5.1 Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
5.2 We reserve the right to verify information prior to accepting any order.
5.3 An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. Our acceptance occurs when we ship the product.
5.4 We may, in our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
6.1 Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected. These times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
6.2 Shipping Responsibility: We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing, natural disasters, or courier issues beyond our reasonable control.
6.3 Free Shipping: Free shipping applies only to orders delivered to European Union, United Kingdom, United States, and Canada. Other destinations will incur shipping charges calculated at checkout.
6.4 Delivery Confirmation: Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
7. ORDER ISSUES & CLAIMS
Damaged or Incorrect Items
7.1 If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence at [email protected]. Upon verification, we will provide a free replacement OR full refund (your choice) at no cost. We cover all return shipping costs and no fees apply.
Lost Orders
7.2 If a package is lost in transit with no courier updates:
- Standard Shipping: Replacement or refund issued after 30 days
- Express Shipping: Replacement or refund issued after 20 days
Contact our support team if your order shows no updates within these timeframes.
8. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
90-Day Return Policy
8.1 We offer a 90-day return policy from delivery date for any reason, including personal preference, size regret, or style changes.
8.2 Return Process: Contact [email protected] within 90 days with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label and return authorization number. Package securely and attach the provided label, then drop off at designated shipping location.
8.3 Refund Calculation: Your refund equals the product price minus a 10% restocking fee minus return shipping cost. Refunds are processed within 5-7 days after we receive the returned item.
8.4 Return Conditions: Items must be in original condition with secure packaging required (original preferred).
Exchanges (90-Day Window)
8.5 Exchange Window: You must contact us within 90 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and exchange request.
8.6 Exchange Options: Different artwork (same or different size) or different size of same artwork.
8.7 Exchange Process: We provide prepaid return label for the original item. New item ships immediately after we receive your return.
8.8 Exchange Costs: 10% processing fee of original product price, return shipping cost deducted, new item shipping calculated and charged separately, plus price difference if new item costs more.
Non-Returnable Items
8.9 We cannot accept returns for items damaged by customer misuse, exposed to direct sunlight/moisture/extreme temperatures, with custom modifications, or returned after 90 days (except for our 1-year quality guarantee).
9. ONE-YEAR GUARANTEE
9.1 Limited Guarantee: We stand by the craftsmanship of our prints. If an artwork fades, discolors, or deteriorates under normal indoor conditions within one year from the delivery date, we will provide a replacement or credit at our discretion.
9.2 Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover: a) Accidental damage or misuse b) Improper framing or display c) Exposure to direct sunlight, excessive moisture, or extreme temperatures d) Any environmental factors outside standard indoor conditions e) Normal wear and tear
9.3 Claim Process: To make a guarantee claim, contact our customer support with proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue.
10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
10.1 Final Sale Policy: Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent into production and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded prior to delivery. This includes changes to shipping addresses, artwork choices, or sizes.
10.2 No Grace Period: There is no cancellation window or modification allowance after checkout. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase. Returns are available after delivery per Section 8.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
11.1 Ownership: All content on this website, including but not limited to images, text, graphics, logos, button icons, digital downloads, and software, is the exclusive property of VerVeLush B.V. or its content suppliers and is protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws.
11.2 Restrictions: You may not use, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our content without our express written permission.
11.3 Artist Rights: The artworks sold are licensed to VerVeLush by their respective artists. You are purchasing a physical print of the artwork, not the copyright or reproduction rights.
12. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
12.1 Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
12.2 GDPR Compliance: For users in the European Union, we process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
14.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: THE WEBSITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
14.2 Limitation of Liability: VERVELUSH SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. OUR LIABILITY SHALL NEVER EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PURCHASED PRODUCT.

16.1 We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, supply chain disruptions, cyber-attacks, or government actions.
17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
17.1 Informal Resolution: Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve any disputes informally.
17.2 Mediation: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the parties agree to engage in mediation with a mutually agreed-upon mediator before initiating legal proceedings.
17.3 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
17.4 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Enschede, Netherlands.
18. SEVERABILITY
18.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
19. CHANGES TO TERMS
